From Idea to Project Plan
New projects are created through dialogues between committed actors and the initiative’s process management. Thus, there is no real application procedure, but rather a preparation and decision process.
One important purpose with this is catching ideas at an early stage, so that more relevant actors get the opportunity of joining in. The process management successively gains an overview over different actors’ interests and needs, which can be valuable in this dialogue. Ideas can have different origins and different ways in the process, but to offer a uniform management for ideas at early stages, here is a simple form:

The guidance for orientation and priority for project ideas are the evaluation criteria the board for the initiative have adopted. However, all terms and conditions does not need to be fulfilled before an idea description is handed in for dialogue.
